NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)

Procurement Reference Number: SB/NCB/09/2024/25

1. SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of items listed hereunder.

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Bank's Procurement Manual and Policy, and are open to all eligible bidders. The bid proposal price and delivery time should be unconditional.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English is obtained in the Office of Procurement Management. Located at Kazanchis Odaa Tower 5 floor. Office No. 608, Addis Ababa upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Br 1500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Birr) Only) from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time (Monday - Friday) and from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday except on public or government holidays. if any.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of a total amount of ETB 500,000.00 (ETB Five Hundred Thousand) from recognized banks.
5. All bids in one original and one copy properly filled in, signed and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement Management office located at Odaa Building 5th floor office No. 505 on or before 2:30 P.m. March 6, 202
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony on March 6,52023 at 3:00 PM at the office of the Director, Procurement and Supplies Management Department located at HQ building 5th floor.
7. Late Bids, bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for further evaluation purposes.
8. In case of any unforeseen situation or Public or Government Holiday resulting in the Closure of the Office on the date of opening the Tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
9. The SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially prior to contract award. Without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
