INVITATION FOR NCB BID

Kura Jida Town Administration OFFICE, Excavator needs to rent machinery Dumptrack, Water truck/Shower truck, Grader, Roller, Doozer and Lobed for the purpose of the Sector offices

1. Thus, the sub-city Administration Office of Finance now invites all interested bidders. Hence, all of the bidders shall submit:

1. Renewed Certificate of registration for this budget year
2. Registration of & Renewed Trade License for this budget year
3. VAT/TOT Registration Certificate.
4. TIN Certificate,
5. Tax clearance certificate valid during the bidding period from Oromia /Federal Revenue & Customs Authority.

PPA's Suppliers registration list Certificate or full information about the bidder.

6. Bidder is found to have no conflict of interest.
7. Bidder has not been debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Administration

2. Agency from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts.
3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or bank grant of Birr 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand) birr valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening, the bid security must be addressed "KURA JIDA SUB CITY FINANCE OFFICE" separately.
4. All documents will be submitted according to guidelines given on instructions to bidders.
5.  Piece Financial and technical tender documents original and separate copies of the tender documents should be posted separately and all four should be sealed in one envelope and placed in the bid and prepared box.
6. 6Bidding document shall be purchased at Kura Jidda Sub-city Finance Office with a non-returnable fee of a single item (lot) Birr 500 (five hundred Birr) starting from the date of the announcement for 10 days (Continous days) and hours, at Sinke Bank Account No.1064942521214

Submission and opening of the bid. The deadline for bid submission shall be on the 11th date of the announcement from 2:30-4:00 local time, simultaneously it will be opened on the same date at 4:30 local time but if the 11th date is a holiday, it will be conducted on the next working day at Kura Jidda Finance Office.
