- Lemi National Cement, our company is seeking technical & Financial proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop an Organizational Structure, Job Grading System, Salary Scales, Benefits Packages, and Succession Planning manuals that could foster a positive and productive work environment, and ensure market competitiveness.
We, therefore, invite interested and competent locally registered consulting firms to collect the Terms of Reference (TOR) document which outlines the project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Eligibility: The consulting firm fulfils the following criteria.
- Have a legally registered and renewed business license.
- Consultancy experience in similar or related studies
- Availability of qualified personnel with relevant certifications and experience (e.g., degrees, certifications).
- Provision of references or testimonials from previous clients for similar projects.
- Evidence of the firm's capacity to deliver within the specified timelines
- The deadline for submission of Technical & Financial Proposals shall on the 21st day of the first publication of this invitation in the newspaper. Therefore, the bid shall be closed on March 05, 2025, at 10:AM, (morning) and be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM.
- 4How to Obtain the TOR: Interested Applicants can obtain the TOR document from our Procurement Department on working days during office hours from 8.30-16.30 at our office

- The Lemi National Cement PLC has the right to accept or reject any bid and annul the bid process.
