Health Limited (HL) globally trading as health poverty action (HPA)is a British international, development organization with a mission of supporting the poorest and most vulnerable people to achieve better health and wellbeing in their effort. Established in 1984, In Ethiopia registered and licensed in Ethiopia as a foreign residence charity with the charity and society agency (reg.no 1155)

Health limited Country Office, therefore, wants to hire an experienced and competent Audit firm for yearend 2024.

The office has 21 box files of accounting documents will to be audited per year and the firm has 15 project staff and 71 registered fixed assets.

Health limited hereby invites interested and qualified audit firm to conduct an audit service for the yearend period covering from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 in accordance with the requirement of Agency for civil service organization (ACSO). Eligible Audit firms that full fill the following requirements are invited to participate in this bid and submit their proposal in sealed envelope. The firm must implement IPSAS.

Requirements

1. Renewed business license for the year 2017

2. Audit certification License

3. VAT registration certificate

4. IPSAS implementation

5. Evidence of previous experience in providing similar service for international NGOS

6. Time frame required to complete the audit work including the final audit submission date.

The Audit firm that meet the requirements are kindly requested to submit in person their technical and financial proposal from February 13, 2025 to February 20, 2025 working hour in a sealed and stamped envelope to Health limited country Office
