Addis Ababa City Administration Public Procurement and Property Disposal Service (AAPPPDS) has funds with the Procuring entity's budget to be used for the procurements of different Types of machines on behalf of City Government of Addis Ababa Cleansing Management Agency with special agreement contract & it's will remains for 1/One/ year starting from signing of the contact agreement.

Therefore, AAPPPDS invites interested & eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the following goods as mentioned below.

A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 1000.00 /One Thousand birr/

1. Documents will be issued at Addis Ababa City Administration Public Procurement and Property Disposal Service, Finance Directorate which is found at 3rd floor, starting from Tuesday, February 11/ 2025 G.C./ የካቲት 04/2017 E.C from 8:30 Am to 5:30 PM. It will be floated for /10/Ten/ consecutive working day.
2. Candidates must be delivered their 'bid proposal' on before March 19/2025 G.C/መጋቢት 10/2017 E.C. 11:00 Am (5:00 local time) at 5th floor, Assembly Hall and put inside 'Technical and Financial envelop bid submission box' separately.
3. Bid will be closed on March 19/2025 GC/መጋቢት 10/2017 E.C; at 11:00 Am (5:00 local time) and opened at the same day / March 19/2025 G.C መጋቢት 10/2017 E.C; at 11:30Am (5:30 local time) at 5th floor, Assembly Hall.
4. AAPPPDS reserves the right to reject the bid partially or in full.
5. Bidders have National ID or have Registered.
6. Performance: The time and place of performance of the contract agreement help as check on during the preliminary evaluation process.
