1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the National electrification program of Ethiopia to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract resulting from ET- MOWE--ELEAP-001-RFB procurement.

1. The Ministry of Water and Energy serves as the implementing agency for the project and now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Bidders to submit their technical and financial offers for the Supply and Delivery of;

• Lot-I-4 units of Automobile Electric vehicle
• Lot-II-2 units Hard Top Land Cruiser vehicles

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.
3. Interested suppliers can obtain the full bid Document from the Ministry web site via the link https:/www.mowe.gov.et/en/resource types/procurement-files. If you decide to participate and download the document, you must register at the Ministry office, 2nd floor room no 211 to become eligible for submitting the bid proposals.

4. Bidders are required to attach a copy of their renewed trade licenses, VAT certificate, Tax clearance TIN certificate and (Registration in PPA supplier list for local bidders) with their application.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 11, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
6. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below in March 11, 2025 at 2:30 pm.
7. All bids shall be accompanied by original Bid Security as mentioned in the bid document in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO to Ministry of water and energy and shall remain valid for 120 (One Hundred twenty) days. For Bank Guarantee the bidder must use the bank guarantee form included in section IV (Bid Form) of the bidding Document.
8. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the ministry during office hours.
9. Ministry of water and energy reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
