Oromia National Regional State Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency Invites Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Different Types of Sanitary Materials and Detergents

IFs Tate: Procurement of Different types of Sanitary Materials and Detergents

1. Procurement Reference number Re-bid OPPPDA/NCB/FA/G/15/2017 the Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency has a mandate to procure common er toms with a Frame Work Contract Agreement on behalf of Different Oromia Regional Public bodies who have funds within the public bodies budget to be used for the Procurement of Different Types of Sanitary Materials and Detergents
2. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency invites scaled bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Different types of Sanitary Materials and Detergents. The Details of the goods is specified in bidding document.
3. The Amount of bid security required is 1% of the Total Bid Price

NB: If the total bid security exceeds birr five hundred thousand (ETB 500,000.00), the bidder shall reduce the amount to five hundred thousand (ETB 500,000.00

4. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Public procurement and Property Disposal Agency and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 AM in the morning and 1:30 PM to 4.30 PM in the afternoon.
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 400 (four Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be Cash on site
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before February 25, 2025 GC at 11:00 A.M in the Morning. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below February 25, 2025 G.C at 11:10 AM in the Morning Late bids shall be rejected.
8. The OPPPDA reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
