PIN (PEOPLE IN NEED), an international NGO, invites for submission of sealed Company Profiles from eligible bidders for the supply of the below listed materials, according the stated specification in Annex III.

ALL general Trading's NFI & stationery materials supplier who have valid license for the current year can collect the tender documentation in PIN office in Hawassa (Kebele 205 behind Central Hotel), tel. 0462123135 or 0462122140 or Addis Ababa, Yeka sub-city, Kebele 13/14 house no 912 Tel 0116185121 or 011 662 0503 or send the request by procurement. ethiopia@peopleinneed.ez until 13/2/2025 during working days.

Question and any clarification relating to this tender, should be sent to the following email address: procurement ethiopia@peopleinmeed cz until 19/2/2025. IF PIN answers the question, all other tenderers will be copied the answer. Communication will be held through e-mail. Questions could be answered only until 21/2/2025. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

Tender offers to be submitted to PIN or sent by registered post to

reach the PIN office before closing date and time: 28 February. - 2025, 3:00 PM (Local time Afternoon 9:00) to following address: Hawassa office, Haike dare sub-city, in 05 Kebele (Directly behind Central Hawassa Hotel Building PIN Addis Abeba Office, Yeka Sub-City, Kebeles 13/14, house no.912. Bids received after the closing date & time will not be considered.

Envelope opening session will be held on 28 February 2025, 3:30 PM (Afternoon 9:30 local time): Hawassa office, Haike dare sub-city, in 05 Kebele (Directly behind Central Hawassa Hotel Building) and PIN Addis Abeba Office, Yeka Sub-City, kebeles 13/14, house no.912 based on the submitted bids. The tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
