Tsehay Industry Share Company Kality Metal Products Factory invites eligible and competitive bidders for the supply of the following various items:-

Lot one: Fork lift 3 ton

Lot Two: Cutting machinery:-

Lot Three: work shop machineries, Tools, Generator, Equipment and others

1. Bid documents can be collected from the factory's head office, Akaki Kality sub city effective from the date of announcement against payment of nonrefundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr)
2. Bidders must submit valid trade license renewed for the year 2017 E.C, TIN and VAT Certificate.
3. All bids must be submitted in sealed and stamped envelopes on or before February 18, 2025 at 10:30 A.M East African Local time to the following address: Tsehay Industry S.Co Kality Metal Products Factory, Akaki Kality sub city, to be inserted in the Tender Box found in Purchasing Division office of the Company.
4. Bidders must submit their technical and financial offer in two separate envelops by marking Original and Copy to the above address in person.
5. Bid closing and opening will be on February 18, 2025 at 10:30 AM East African Local time in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony at the factory's head office.
6. Bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of unconditional bank guarantee from bank, or in Cash or in CPO by our Company's name equivalent to Birr 50,000.00 for Lot one and Birr 30,000.00 for Lot 2 and 3 in separate envelop.
7. All bids that come after the bid closing date and time will be rejected.
8. Our Company reservs the right to accept or reject any or all the bid.
