1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ethiopian Ministry of Trade has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the De-Risking Inclusion and Value Chain Enhancement Economies (DRIVE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Three Hybrid Station Wagon Vehicles.
2. The Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Hybrid Station Wagon Vehicles as indicated below:

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration, DRIVE, Project Coordination Unit office, Room No: 109, First floor, old Building, Email: meketabook888@gmail.com, and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 2:30 to 6:30, Morning, and 7:30 to 11:30, afternoon Local time, at the address given below.
4. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon, payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr: 500 (Five Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be Cash transfer through CBE, Account Name: Ministry of Trade, and Regional. Integration, Account No: 10004514 46348. The document will be sent via email or made available for external storage for those who choose to use it. Any bidder interested in participating in the bid must register in person, with submission copies of Bank Advice, for Cash Transfer.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives, and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below, on the Bid Closing date, and Time, February 20th. @: 8:00 Local Time.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr: 240,000 (Two Hundred Forty Thousand Birr) or equivalent USD: 2000 (Two thousand Dollars).
7. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
