Tenders are invited for the supply of Wooden Pallet:

Interested potential suppliers will be expected to do the following: -

• Purchase of the document from the HBSC head office and submit their offer physically at our main office (address mentioned below) or via email address factory procurement@ habeshabreweries.com or telegram via phone no: +251956394673) by attaching the following:

1. Firm's detailed company profile containing (but not limited to); Valid company documents (TIN and Business License), Number of years in operation and client portfolio.
2. Provide at least three (3) reference letters from clients where your firm has provided work in the past three years.
3. Provide the price quotation listed on the TOR

• Documents will be ready for purchase from January 20 to February 4, 2025.
• The price for one document is ETB 100 non-refundable.

Interested suppliers can get the specification for the pallets (bid documentation) from Habesha Breweries Share Company Main office (+251965683654-Hermela Tegegne), Bole Michael in front of Airport Cargo, next to Addis Cardiac Center. All bid will be opened and reviewed on February 4 2025, at 2:30 PM.

NOTE Habesha Breweries S.C. reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to select or reject, either in totality or partially, any or all proposals made in the context of this EOI. Any such decisions will be final, and no correspondence will be engaged in, other than to inform the bidders of the outcome of the process. Habesha Breweries S.C. and its authorized representatives are hereby authorized to conduct any inquiries or investigations to verify the documents and information submitted in connection with this application.
