3. Bidders shall submit Renewed trade license, vat registration certificate, Tax identification No. and shall produce document for indication of fulfillment of tax obligation.
4. All bids must be accompanied by bid bond of 1% and 2% for the total bid price of up to and over 5 million respectively in the form of unconditional Bank guarantee, CPO, certified check issued from indigenous Ethiopian Bank or cash.
5. All bids shall be sealed and delivered to Amhara Region Industry Parks Development Corporation at Bahir Dar
6. Bids closing date shall be on the 21th calendar day at 2.00 P.M counted from the first day of Bid Advertisement appeared in the Ethiopian Herald.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of Amhara Region Industry Parks Development Corporation at 2:30 PM on the date of Bid opening as specified above.
8. If bid closing and opening dates are to be on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, the closing and opening date would be the next working date.
9. The Amhara Region Industry Parks Development Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts f'the bid.
