Procurement of G+5 Staff Residence Building and G+5 Trainees Residential Building

The Construction Management institute (CMI) invites qualified bidders to participate through the national electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System in the tender for The Construction of phase-I blocks of the Center of Excellence for Sustainable Construction Engineering & Management (CoESCOM) to be constructed at Berek woreda around Sendafa, Oromia Region issued under the International Competitive Bidding procurement method in the 2023/2024 G.C.

The deadline for bid submission is from December 31/2024 to February 07/2025 at 2:30 p.m and details on eligibility and other requirements for bidders are published in the detailed invitation notice and in the bidding document, both of which are available on the e-GP system and can be accessed on the website. Bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process shall register on the e-GP system www.egp.ppa.gov.et, for unregistered suppliers, please follow the one-off sign-up and registration process as indicated on the portal's Get Started link (https://egp.ppa.gov.et/egp/home/getting-started).

Bids will be opened online on February 07/2025 at 9:00 p.m. and bidders or their representatives can participate virtually through the link which will be availed. The Construction Management Institute (CMI) retains the right to reject any and/or all bids.
