Bid Invitation Notice for Supply of Human Resource and Vehicles

Bid Ref. No: SDBS/SHR/0028/2025 and

SDBS/V/0029/2025

1. Sidama Bank invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement of Vehicles for Head Office and Supply of Human Resource Sidama Bank S.c various branches in Sidama Regional State. The Bid remains floating from Jan. 16, 2025 at 8:00AM, to Jan. 30, 2025 at 2:30PM.
2. Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements stated here below

Original Bid Security, Availability of Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers, Anti-bribery pledge form; Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year; Bidders should be VAT registered; Bidders should have Tax clearance certificate. Bidders should submit Legal establishment document (including Joint venture if any).

3. Interested bidders can purchase the bid documents which specified details of the Lot 1and Lot 2 from Sidama Bank Sc, Head Quarter, Facility & Procurement Department, Addis Ababa, Mikwor Plaza Building, 3rd Floor, Room No.312 by paying(deposit) non-refundable fee birr 200 (Two hundred) on Sidama Bank, Beklobet Branch During the working hours starting from Jan.16, 2025 at 8:00AM, at Addis Ababa.
4. Bidder shall furnish a bid bond with an amount of 2% of the total quoted value which is valid for 150 days after the date of bid opening. The bid bond shall be furnished in one of the following forms:
   1. Certified Cheque /CPO issued by a recognized domestic bank

Or

1. 2. Bond issued by and/or confirmed through a recognized / reputable Domestic bank.

1. 1. The Bank that issues the bond as per 4 (b) here above shall unequivocally guarantee to pay the purchaser immediately upon the first written demand of payment. The Purchaser's written demand of payment shall not be subject to any condition whatsoever.
   2. The bond issuing bank shall clearly incorporate the content stated under Clause. 4.1 here above on the issued bond.
   3. The Bid Security shall be issued in the name of the bidder's Company as appropriate that participated in the bid;

Bid proposal will be received at Sidama Bank Sc, Head Quarter, Facility & Procurement Department, Addis Ababa, Mikwor Plaza Building, 3rd Floor, Room No.312, before or on Jan 30, 2025 until 2:30 PM For Supply of Human Resource and Jan 30,2025 Until 3:30PM For Supply of Different Vehicles Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted.
3. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on Jan.30, 2025 at 3:00 PM And 4:00 PM at Sidama Bank S.c
4. Sidama Bank reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
