Ripple Effect International (REI) is registered and licensed Foreign Charity. REI Ethiopia was established in March 2006 and works to see a rural Ethiopia that is confident, thriving, and sustainable, with a growing economy and higher living standards for all. REI focuses on three thematic areas: Farm Systems, Gender and Social Inclusion and Enterprise Development to help to combat poverty and works to create a rejuvenated and abundant African environment for both current and future generations.

REI is currently seeking for firms who can provide documentary video and photography services in Dawuro zone as specified below.

•  To interview 3 selected project beneficiaries
• To capture video and photos of equines in regular activities (market, providing service, grazing, etc.)
•  Interview 2 project or head office staff members
•  Prepare average of 10 minutes long high-quality documentary video with English subtitles
•  Provide 40 selected high-quality photographs with tagged names and signed consents (photographs of people and donkeys)

Any interested and competent firm is required to submit the following documents alongside their technical proposal and price offers:

1. Renewed professional and business license
2. Tax identification number and value added tax Certificate
3. Previous related experience in providing photography and videography services, preferably with NGOs.
