1. Siinqee Bank invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Computers and network equipment.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other Relevant Laws of the country, and is open to all eligible bidders.
3. 3.A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from Procurement Division of Siinqee Bank located at Kazanchis The Bank's Head Quarter Building, Oda Tower 5th Floor upon producing receipt of non- refundable fee of Birr 1500 (One Thousand Five Hundred) by depositing in Account Number 400112014 at any Siinqee Bank Branch during office hour (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM: afternoon 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Saturday only morning session 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM) up on presentation of a copy of a renewed trade license, certificate of registration, tax clearance certification, VAT registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate for local bidders.
4. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of: -

✓ Birr 2,000,000.00 (Two Million) for Lot 1.

✓ Birr 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand) for Lot 2.

✓ Birr 150,000.00 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand) for Lot 3.

In the form of Unconditional and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from other Banks or Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O) from any local Bank,

5.  Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before January 31, 2025 3:00 P.M for All categories in the above-mentioned address.
6. The Last date for submission is on or before January 31, 2025 G.C at 2:30 P.M on the above address.

1. Bid opening shall be held at the above-mentioned address in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend on January 31, 2025 G.C 3:00 P.M in the above-mentioned address.
2. The Bank will not entertain any condition on the price offered on the bid. The price offered on the bid should be fixed price.

4. Failure to comply any of the above conditions from item above shall entail automatic rejection.
5. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
