- Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https:// extratenders.com.et/ or https://dashen.afrotender.com/ or afrotender.com to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred Only) for each lot starting from January 13,2025.
- Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
- Bidders Shall be presented as a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
- Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document.
