IFB-Tele Construction of Rural War Supply System) for Ab Kebele in Daror Words by somali Regional State Water Brus (SRSWB) The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received Greet from the world Bank trough One West Natal Program towards the cost of the water supply and station Projects to apply part or funds by cover eligible payments, under the contract for the Construction of Rural Pipe System the Somali Regional State Water Hirens now invites scaled bids from qualified and eligible budders for the Construction of Rural Pipe System (RPS) Water Supply project for Abokor Kebele. Daror Woreda, Jerer Zone and Implementing by Somali Regional State Water Bureau (SRS WB) RPMU
2. Bidding will be conducted Through National Competitive Ridding (NCB) and is open to all bidders’ form World Bank eligible source-countries as defined in the World Bank Rules of Procedures for procurement of Goods and Works.
3. Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security (Unconditional Bank guarantee or CPO) of birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr).
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from SRS WRDB, WaSH Program Management Unit at Jijiga up on payment of a non-refundable fec ETB 2000 (Two Thousand Birr) from the date of first announcement of this notice on The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper in office hours.
5. Bid closing date is on or before 10 February 2025 at local time at 10:00 AM
6. Bids shall be opened on 10 February 2025 at Local time at 10:30 AM in the presence of the client and bidder's representatives' who wish to attend.
7. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
