1. Amhara National Regional State Irrigation and Low Land Areas Development Bureau through the Government of Ethiopia has received finance from the Capital budgets and intends to apply parts of the funds for eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation is issued.
2. The Amhara National Regional State Irrigation and Low Land Area Development Bureau now invite eligible bidders who have work licenses in Electro Mechanically supply for the 100 solar surface pump/house hold/ irrigation projects.

3. Bidding of Electro Mechanically Supply Grade 6 and above are eligible to participate.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from ANRS Irrigation and Low Land Area Development Bureau, (Irrigation Schemes Construction Input Supply Directorate) Ato Adane Alkadir E-mail: adanealkadir@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 A.M to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday at the address given below.
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the ANRS Irrigation and Low Land Areas Development Bureau, Irrigation Schemes Construction Input Supply Directorate, 3^rd floor room finance directorate upon payment of, a none refundable fee Birr 500/Five Hundred Birr/. The meth- od of payment will be in cash. The bid document will be directly sent by the bidder or its legal representative.
6. Bids must be delivered to ANRS Irrigation and Lowland Areas Development Bureau, Irrigation Schemes Construction Input Sup- ply Directorate, 3rd floor room mini hall Bahir Dar, before 4:00 local time, 17/05/2017 E.C; and Bids shall be opened at 4:30 local time on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their le- gal representatives who wish to attend. If the bid opening date is Holiday. opening date will be the next working day. Electronic Bidding shall not be permitted. Late Bids shall be rejected.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by the amount of bid security as stated in the table above in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days + 28 days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.
8. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and li- censes which are renewed for the year 2017 E.C
9. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
