- Bidders shall provide renewed certificate of trading license in Ethiopia including TIN and VAT Certificates.
- A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by an interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the ISLAMIC RELIEF ETHIOPIA (IRE), upon payment of a nor fundable fee of Birr 200.00
- All bids must be accompanied by a security bid of 2% of the bid amount including VAT in CPO or Bank Guarantee, the bid security shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid.
- Bidders shall provide evidence satisfactory to IRE including performance of a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Interested bidders may obtain further information from the address below
- Wax-sealed envelopes containing a separate envelope sealed and marked "Original and Copy of Technical and Financial Document"
- Bids must be delivered to IR Ethiopia before Thursday 09th January 2025 at 10:00 AM. The bid will be closed on the same date at 10:00 AM (Morning) and opened on the same date at 10:30 AM in the morning.
- Additional criteria outlined in the bidding document but not specified in this tender notice will also be taken into consideration.
- ISLAMIC RELIEF ETHIOPIA (IRE) reserves the right to reject any or all offers without giving reason for doing so.
