Sidama Construction Works Corporation invites qualified and eligible suppliers and manufacturers to provide an offer for the supply of the following items: Supplying all items fully from stock will be considered as advantage. (If possible)

A complete bid document may be obtained from the corporation Room No. 513 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 [three hundred birrs only] to deposit at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Sidama Construction Works Corporation Account Number 1000604259658 within 15 consecutive days of this announcement.

Bidders shall include a copy of the recently renewed trade license for the 2016 Ethiopian calendar, a VAT registration certificate, and a letter from the tax agency to participate.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security of not less than 2% of the total price in the form of a bank-certified guarantee (CPO) or not less than a 6-month unconditional bank guarantee. The bid security must be packed with a wax-sealed financial document.

The bidder shall submit the original financial proposal and copy separately in a wax-sealed envelope and also the original technical proposal and copy separately in a wax-sealed envelope for the above office on the date of January 2, 2025 after noon from 8:30 o'clock up to 11:00 o'clock local time.

The bid will be opened in the presence of the interested bidder or their legal representative on January 3, 2025 at 3:30 o'clock local time in room 513 of the corporation.

"All non-technical documents, such as the recently renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, the letter from the tax agency to participate in bidding, the tax identification number, or TIN. The bid security (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee issued for not less than six months must be packed together with the original and copy of financial documents, in a wax-sealed envelope."

The corporation reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids.
