Requirements for Participation:

1. Interested bidders are requested to obtain the tender document by paying 500ETB in cash non-refundable, which contains detailed specifications, terms, and conditions for participation from HR, Procurement and Property Management Department of the Company.
2. Bidders must provide refundable bid security of Birr 100,000 in the form of Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O.) in favour of Guba Lafto Consulting Architects and Engineers PLC.
3. Submission of a company profile and relevant credentials.
4. Valid business licenses and certifications required for providing the stated solution.
5. Evidence of prior experience in implementing similar projects.
6. Technical and financial proposals in compliance with the terms of the tender.
7. Failure to comply any of all the conditions explained above shall result automatic disqualification.
8. The Company has the right to accept or reject the bid received partially or fully without assigning any reasons.
