Addis Ababa City Administration Public Procurement and Property Disposal Service (AAPPPDS) has funds with the Procuring entity's budget to be used for the Procurements of Different Types of Vehicles Tyre, Furniture Items and Over Coat for security guard used by Addis Ababa City Administration budgetary public bodies with frame work contract agreement for three (3) Ethiopian Budget years. Therefore, AAPPPDS invites interested eligible bidders for the supply of goods and related services as mentioned below:

1. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 1,000.00 (One Thousand) for 20 consecutive days starting from Tuesday, December 17/2024 G.C from 8:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M
2. Interested bidders may obtain further information from 8:30 AM to 5:30 P.M on working hours.
3. Documents will be issued at Addis Ababa City Administration Public Procurement and Property Disposal Service Finance Directorate which is located at 3rd floor, room no. 306.
4. Documents will be floated for 20 Consecutive days starting from Tuesday, December 17/2024 G.C.
5. Bids will be closed at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 A.M on Monday, January 06, 2025 G.C at 5th floor, Assembly Hall.
6. AAPPPDS reserves the right to reject the bid partially or in fully.
