Oromia Transport Agency (OTA) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of Supply, Design, Installation, Commission and Suppon of CCTV Solution.

CCTV Camera 4mp for exam room (90), Bullet IP Camera 4k/8MP for Adama Traffic Complex (10), 8 Channel NVR Storage for exam room (44), 16 Channel NVR Storage for bus terminal (2), Decoder 80 Channel with License for enteral management (4), 55- inch Display Screen (8), POE Support PTZ Camera for Bus Terminal (10), POE 24 Port Switch (4) and Cat UTO Cable (40); Access Control (Biometric Device (100), Network and Maintenance Toolkit for Zonal ICT (40), Smart 40 KVA (1) and LCD KVM Switch (1). Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bid (NCB) and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.

1. A complete set of Bidding Documents in may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee 500.00 ETB (Five Hundred Birr) the method of payment will be Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Acc. No.1000007343314 of Sinke Bank Acc. No. 1048017971225 at Oromia Transport Agency
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before December, 31/ 2024 at 10:00 AM (4:30 Local Time) late bids will be rejected.
3. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at December, 31/ 2024 at 10:30 AM (4:30 Local Time).

4. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 500,000 ETB (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
5. The Bidder shall enclose the Original and each Copy of the Technical and Financial document. The envelopes containing the Original and the Copies shall then be enclosed in one single envelope.
6. The Bidder shall enclose the Original and each Copy of the Technical and Financial documents lot by lot. The envelopes containing the Original and the Copy must be enclosed separately by lot description.
7. The Oromia Transport Agency reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
