1. Development Bank of Ethiopia has invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Tire for Different Vehicles. Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:

1. Supplier Registration Certificate
2. Renewed trade license
3. TIN Certificate (only for local Bidders)
4. Suppliers Registration Certificate from PPA (only for local Bidders)
5. V. VAT Registration (only for local Bidders)
6. Tax Clearance Certificate (only for local Bidders)
7. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from December 11,2024 upon the non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) to customer Accounts Transaction Services office, Tower II, Ground Floor & Collect the bid documents by softcopy through your Email or by flash disk from Procurement directorate at Tower III, 1st floor.

2. Bidders shall submit bid security of Birr 35,000.00 (Birr Thirty-Five Thousand only) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized Bank.
3. Bids shall be submitted in to the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before December 26, 2024 at 10:00 A.M (4:00 local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head office Tower III, First Floor.
4. Bids shall be opened in the above-mentioned address, on December 26, 2024 at 10:05 A.M. (4:05 local time) In the presence of bidders and/or their authorized person.
5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head office, Procurement Directorate Operational Division Team, Tower III, 1st floor, Tel. +251 11 5578088 ext. 378.
6. Bidders should present their Financial & Technical documents (One Original and One Copy) separately sealed envelope.
7. Bidders should present their Samples.
8. The language of the tender shall be English.
9. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid
