IFB Title: Procurement of Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning for 800A Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS)

1. Sinqee Bank Share Company has allocated a budget towards the cost of procurement of Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning for 800A Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), it is intended that part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued. The bank invites sealed bids from invited eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Supply.

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding proce- dures contained in the Banks Procurement police and procedures, and are open to all invited eligible bidders. The bid proposal price and delivery time should be unconditional.
3. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be obtained by invited interested and eligible Bidder from the office of Procurement and Supply Management Department, by depositing Birr 1,000.00 (Birr One Thousand Only) at Siinqee Bank, Oda tower 5th floor at working hours.
4. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in signed and stamped,and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement and Supply Management department, on 5th floor on or before 2:30 P.M, December 27, 2024 G.C.
5. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security the amount of Birr 125,000.00 (One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand). Bids without or less than the stated amount of Bid Security will not be considered and rejected automatically.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives to attend the opening ceremony on December 27, 2024 G.C at 3:00 PM on 5th floor office. Late bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for further evaluation purpose.
7. In case any unforeseen situation or public or Government Holiday resulting in Closure off Office on the date of Opening the Tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
8. The Siinqee Bank Share Company serves the right to reject the bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract sign, without there by incurring any liability to bidders.
