Agarfa Agricultural ATVET college in collaboration with GIZ aid needs to procure solar powered irrigation system materials & installation, Thus the Agarfa Agricultural ATVET College invites all bidders who can fulfill the requirement hence, all of the bidders shall submit:

1. Renewed Trade license for this budget year.
2. B.VAT Registration Certification
3. C.TIN Certification.
4. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from public Authorized body.
5. Professional practice certificate (from authorized body)
6. Electronic-government procurement(e-gp) registration list.

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation & the FGE and is open to eligible bidders.
2. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or bank guarantee of birr 48,477.77(fourty eight thousand four hundred seventy-seven and 77/100) valid for 60 days after the date of bid opening, the bid security must be addressed to Agarfa Agriculteral ATVET College.
3. All documents will be submitted according to guide lines given on instruction to bidders.
4. Bidding document shall be purchased at Addis Ababa Haile Gebrselassie Street bending at Getahun Besha building to the street Bole Road located in front of Addis Hiwot Hospital in the compound of Alage Agricultural ATVET College at Lison office of Agarfa Agricultural TVET College or at Agarfa ATVET College Procurement & Finance Executive office with non-returnable fee of birr 200.00(hundred) only from date of announcement up to December 24/2024G.C
5. Submission and opening of the bid-The dead line of bid submission(close) shall be on December 24/2024 G.C at 02:00 pm and it will be opened on the same date at 02:30pm but if the date is weekend/Holyday, it will be conducted on the next working day at Addis Ababa Haile Gebreselassie Street bending at Getahun Besha building to the street Bole Road located in front of Addis Hiwot Hospital in the compound of Alage Agricultural ATVET College at lison office of Agarfa Agricultural TVET College.
6. The Bidder shall seal the original, bid security and all copies of the bid Envelops Le. (Technical proposal, financial offer and bid security) and one outer Envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as (Original and copies) both for the technical proposal and financial offer. Copy of documents should be photo copy of the original bid document signed & sealed Standard bidding documents (SBD) will be returned with technical proposal.
7. Both technical proposal and financial offer will be opened at the same day.
8. Partial rebate, like fixed sum and rebate on some items is not acceptable.
9. The employer has the right to reject any or all bids.
