Caritas Switzerland invites all eligible company for a price quotation to the following product with accessories.

1. Electrical Vehicle

Required Documents: Renewed valid Business license, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and other legality relevant documents as necessary,

Any interested and legitimate entity can obtain the basic technical specifications and terms of reference for the BID from Caritas Switzerland Addis Ababa office, located in Bole sub city, worda 05, House # 999/1 at the GB building 2nd floor (24 Kebele), starting on December 02/2024, at 8:00 AM.

• The bidder must deliver the technical and financial originals and copies of the bid documents to the address before/ by 12:00 AM on December 6, 2024, in a separate sealed envelope with a stamp.
• The proposal documents will open at 2:00 PM on December 06, 2024, by Caritas Switzerland Procurement committee without a public opening ceremony. The bidders will be informed of the outcome following the conclusion of the final evaluation.

Required Criteria

Award will be given based on Caritas Switzerland's procurement guidelines, whereby the selection is primarily based on the principle of maintaining VFM (Value for Money).

• Technical specification: attach product's detailed technical specifications.
• Experience in providing similar products: attach a certificate of at least two years' testimony for a minimum of two non- governmental organizations.
• Delivery time: earliest possible from the stock, delivery place at Caritas Switzerland Addis Ababa office.
• The accessibility and availability of parts and post-purchase assistance.
• The product shall have proven experience in the local conditions.
• Minimum of 400KM + per single charge.
• A minimum of two years of product warranty (50,000-75,000 KM).

Note: - The payment will be made in ETB, following an inspection of the product upon delivery and the completion of all necessary legal documentation.
