1. Siinqee Bank Share Company has allocated a budget towards the cost of procurement of Printer and multifunctional photocopier; it is intended that part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.
2. The bank invites sealed bids from invited eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of advice and Multifunctional printer:

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures contained in the Bank's Procurement police and procedures, and are open to all invited eligible bidders. The bid proposal price and delivery time should be unconditional.
4. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be obtained by invited interested and eligible Bidder from the office of Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department, Oda tower 5th floor office of Procurement and Supply Chain Management, at working hours.

All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in, signed and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department, on 5th floor office of procurement and Supply Chain Management Department on or before 2:30 PM. 6. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security Bank Guarantee (CPO), in favor of SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY. Bids without or less than the stated amount of Bid Security will not be considered and rejected automatically
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives to attend the opening ceremony on December 10, 2024 G.C at 3:00 P.M on 5th floor office of procurement and Supply Chain Management Department.
8. Late Bids, bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for further evaluation purpose.
9. In case any unforeseen situation or public or Government Holiday resulting in Closure of Office on the date of Opening the Tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
10. The Siinqee Bank Share Company serves the right to reject the bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract sign, without there by incurring any liability to bidders.
