Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics would like to invite interested and eligible bidders Purchase of Container Transportation and Return Service from Mojo port and terminal to different destinations for 1x20, 2x23 and 1x40 containers shipment for truck loading capacity such as up to 250, from 251 to 300, 301 to 350, 351 to 400, and 401 to 450 quintals for One Year Agreement upon fulfilling of the following terms and conditions.

1. Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license, trade registration certificate, current tax clearance certificates, TIN certificate supplier list registration certificate and Renewed Competency of Commercial Road Freight Operator Certificate.
2. To access the tender document Bidders shall register on our enterprise suppliers list by using the Linkhttps://chog.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/PrcPosRegis terSupplier? prcBuld-300000003585149 or register in person at Head Office 10 floor at procurement department upon fulfilling trade license certificate and TIN (Taxpayer Registration Certificate) starting from the date of this announcement
3. The bid shall be valid for the period of 60 days after the system bid closing date.
4. Bidder shall submit bid security in person at Head Office of the enterprise 10h floor procurement department and the amount of the bid security shall be 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand) birrs. The type of acceptable bid security is: unconditional bank guarantee or cash payment order (CPO). The bid security shall be valid for twenty- eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid proposal which shall be remained valid for a period of 60+28-88 days.
5. Bidder shall give their price at Lines in the System
6. A pre bid conference shall be held with all bidders after 10th date of the floating of the bid by the newspaper or by next working day at ESL, head office 10 floor procurement department.
7. The deadline for bid submission is date and time of ERP System.
8. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
