- Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders from Eligible Source Countries.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Police College and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in the morning from 8:30 A.M to 12:30 AM and in the afternoon from 1:30 PM to 5:20 PM Monday to Sunday.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five hundred birr) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The method of Payment will be OPC at bank CBE Account Number 1000133792817.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 25 December
2024 at 2:00 P.M in the afternoon. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below P.M in the afternoon. at 25 December 2024 at 2:20
