Central Ethiopia Regional State, Irrigation Scheme Development and Administration Invites all Eligible Bidders for the procurement of 30KVA Silent type diesel Generator set with installation Materials & all accessories

1. CERS, ISDAA invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement of 30KVA type diesel Generator set with installation Materials & accessories, ACPDF & Fuel tanks and installation, Configuration, Testing & Commissioning Service for Irrigation Scheme Development & Administration Agency.

2. The Supply and Installation period is 30 calendar days (1 months).
3. Interested eligible Supplier who has renewed trade license, VAT and Tax Payer registration certificates for 2017 E.C budget year can participate. Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the CERS Irrigation Scheme Development and Administration Agency (ISDAA) at the address below during office hours 2:30 to 6:30 (Morning) and 7:30 to 11:30 (Afternoon) local time from Monday to Friday.
4. A complete set of bidding document can be purchased starting from the first day of this announcement issued on the newspaper for 30 Calander days from CERS Irrigation Scheme Development and Administration Agency upon a payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 400.00 (Four Hundred Birr only)
5. Bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process should submit 1 (one) original and 2 (two) copies of separately sealed technical and financial documents all in one envelope to the address below before the bid submission deadline stated below.
6. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security for 90 calendar days in the form of either of an unconditional Bank guarantee issued by a bank, or CPO in the amount as indicated in the table above.
7. Sealed bids marked as: "for the procurement of 30KVA type diesel Generator set with installation Materials & accessories, ACPDF & Fuel tanks and installation, Configuration, Testing & Commissioning Service for Irrigation Scheme Development and Administration Agency Infront of Gurage Zone finance Department
8. The deadline of bid submission in the tender box: The bid will be closed on the 30th Calendar days from the date published on the newspaper at 8:00 O'clock local time. The bid will be opened immediately thereafter, at 8:30 O'clock local time on the same day in the presence of bidders 'or representative at ISDAA Room number 9 Procurement and Property administrative Directorate who choose to attend. If the Bid Opening date is weekend (Saturday & Sunday) or Holiday, Opening Date will be the next working day at the same time stated above. Late bid will be rejected and returned unopened.
9. No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation.
10. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this bidding document.
11. The CERS Irrigation Scheme Development and Administration Agency reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the process.
