- Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding National, (OCB) method as specified in the public procurement proclamation 649/2010 and is open to all eligible bidders.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture, and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the address given below.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 300 (Three hundred). The method of payment will be through Bank Transfer. Ministry of Agriculture Acc.No. 1000009144009 СВЕ
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 5: 15A.M, 04 December 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted.
- Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 11:30 A.M, 04 December 2024.
- The MOA reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
