Procurement Title: Supply, Installation, Training, Implementation and

Commissioning of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System

1. Dashen Bank S.C. (here after referred to as "The Bank") intends to implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed for automating its Sales and Service processes; namely, Sales and Marketing efforts of segmented customers, case management, customer experience improvements and other enabling processes that meets the Bank's technical and functional requirements. To this effect, the Bank is looking for a suitable CRM system which is readily deployable with a minimum customization and contains all the security features that are needed to protect the confidentiality, availability, integrity of information and non-denial of the transactions carried out through the system.
2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via https://extratenders.net and https://dashen.afrotender.com/ or afrotender.com, To access the bidding document, bidders must be paid a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) or equivalent currency easily convertible in Ethiopian Birr starting from November 18, 2024, up to December 02, 2024.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Dashen Bank Sc and check the bidding documents at the address given below during the office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 Α.Μ., 1:00-5:00 P.M. and Saturday 8:00-12:00 A.M.), excluding public holiday.
4. USD 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand US Dollar) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency shall be presented as a bid security in the form of Irrevocable and Unconditional Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or Irrevocable and Unconditional Counter Bank Guarantee with one of eligible commercial Banks in Ethiopia at least valid for 150 days upon submission of offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 120 days.
5. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on December 02,2024, up to 5:00 PM in East African Time (EAT) at the Supply Chain Management Department, Dashen Bank New Head Quarter Building, 7th floor, in front of the National Bank of Ethiopia. Electronic submission is not allowed, and late bids will automatically result in rejection.
6. The bid offer shall be opened on December 03, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the afternoon East African Time (EAT) in the presence of bidders or official representatives at Dashen Bank S.C., Supply Chain Management Department, Head Quarter Building, 7th floor, in front of the National Bank of Ethiopia.
7. The attention of prospective Bidders is drawn to (I) the fact that they will be required to certify in their bids that all software should be covered by a valid license or was produced by the Bidder and (ii) that violations are considered fraud, which can result in ineligibility to be awarded contracts.
8. Bidders are strongly encouraged to thoroughly follow and adhere to the
9. instructions and requirements outlined within the bidding document. 9. Bids quoting for incomplete items (i.e., any missing item and/or missing required quantities) shall be considered non-responsive and will be disqualified. Bidding will be conducted using the Bank's Open tender procedures.
10. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid, either partially or fully.
