IFB Title: Procurement of Guard House works for one Year under frame work Contract Agreement.

Procurement Reference Number: SB/NCB/W/01/2024/25

1. Siinqee Bank Share Company has allocated a budget towards the cost of procurement of Guard House works, and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.
2. The bank invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of work of

 * Guard House works quantity of 450 (Four Hundred Fifty)

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Bank's Procurement police and Procedures, and are open to all eligible bidders. The bid proposal price and delivery time should be unconditional.
4. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be obtained by interested and eligible Bidder from the office of Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department, Odaa tower 5th floor Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department, Addis Ababa up on the payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 1,500.00(ETB One Thousand Five Hundred Only) depositing in the Siingee bank account number 400112014 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM local time (Monday - Friday) and from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturday except on public or government holidays, if any.
5. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security birr amount notified on the bid document. Guard House works quantity of 450 (Four Hundred Fifty and 00/100 only) Bid Security amount of ETB. 660,000.00 (ETB Six Hundred Sixty Thousand 00/100 Only) from recognized banks in Ethiopia.
6. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in, signed and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement and Supply Chain Management department, on 5th floor office of Procurement and Supply Chain Management on or before November 28, 2024 GC. at 2:30PM
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony on November 28, 2024 GC at 3:00 PM at 5th floor office of Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
8. Late Bids, bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for further evaluation purpose.
9. In case any unforeseen situation or public or Government Holiday resulting in Closure of Office on the date of Opening the Tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
10. The Siinqee Bank Share Company serves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without there by incurring any liability to bidders.
