- Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://bids.extratenders.net/bids-shop/ dashen-bank-Sc/and via https://dashen.afrotender.com/or afro tender. com to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each LOT starting from November 11, 2024.
- Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
- Bidders shall be presented as a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
- Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate one copy labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document.
- The sealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on November 25, 2024, up to 5:00PM Afternoon and at the place mentioned under below.
- Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of the bidders or their legal representative sat Dashen Bank Head quarter building, in front of National Bank of Ethiopia, 7th floor, Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall on November 26, 2024@ 2:00 PM Afternoon.
- Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.
- The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
