Invitation for Bid (IFB)

IFB Title: Procurement of Different Types of Stationary Materials-Re-bid Procurement Reference number: Re-bid OPPPDA/NCB/FA/G/07/2017

1. Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (OPPPDA) on Behalf of Different Oromia Regional Public Bodies have a mandate to procure the goods and related services have funds within the public bodies budget for the Procurement of Different Types of Stationary Materials with framework contract for the period of one year.
2. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of: Different Types of Stationary Materials about 71 (seventy-one) Items More details are mentioned in bid document.
3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures under framework contract Agreement Contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Delivery of goods and related services shall be at the premises of the supplier ware house in Addis Ababa.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Directorate Director Telephone 0111-23-68-19 (Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency) at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 12:30 am in the morning and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the afternoon.
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 300 (three hundred). The method of payment will be Cash on site.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 21, 2024 G.C at 02:00 p.m. in the afternoon bids will be opened November 21, 2024 G.C at 02:15 a.m. in the afternoon in the presence of the bidder's/representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall be rejected.
8. The OPPPDA reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without there by incurring any liability to bidders.
