Amhara National Regional State Agriculture Bureau wants to Construct ware House Building in North Shewa Zone Merhabete Worda, Agrit Kebele. Therefore, invites eligible bidders who meet the following criteria toapply.

1. Interested Bidders should fulfill the following requirements: This invitation is for all Contractors of BC-4/GC-5 &above9 Trade License on Construction Service License Valid for the year 2017 E.C. Competence certificate valid for the year 2017 E.C. from Ministry of Construction and Urban Development. VAT Registration Certificate Clearance from Inland Revenue Administration Valid within the bid process time Registration certificate in the suppliers list under Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency Bidders who entered the construction contract in our region and were not given repeated warnings due to their poor performance
2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the Amhara National Regional State Agriculture Bureau, Procurement, Finance and Property Admin. Directorate casher ground room number 21 or 22, upon payment of a non-refundable fee Birr1,000.00/Birr One Thousand. The method of payment will be in cash. The bid document will be physically sent by the bidder or its legal representative.
3. All Bids must be accompanied by bid security the amount of 300.000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for a period of (120days +28 days) 150 days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.
4. Bids must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State, Bureau of Agricultural Procurement, Finance and Property Admin. Directorate Director Ground room number 17, Bahir Dar, on /before 10:30 A.M. 21" calenders days from the 1" date of advertisement and Bids shall be opened at 10:30 AM on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend. If the bid opening date is Holiday, opening date will be the next working day. Electronic Bidding shall not be permitted. Late Bids shall be rejected.
5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Agriculture, Procurement, and Finance & Property Admin. Directorate, Director, and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday at the address given below
