1. Siinqee Bank invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply. installation and commissioning of goods listed here under.

LOT 1: Payment Cards (500,000) - To enable issuance of debit, pre-paid, co-branded and Credit cards for bank customers under Eth switch hosted card bank issuance capability.

LOT 2: PIN Mailers (500,000) - To provide secure deliver of PIN associated with ang individual card of cardholder.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the directives of the bank and other relevant laws of the country.
3. Interested bidder’s mag obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document at the office of: The Procurement & Supply Chain Management Department Siinqee Bank S. C the Bank's Head 1 Office Building ODA Tower, 5th floor office of procurement and supply Chain Management department. 4. The RFP document is for exclusive use of bidding as per the stated specifications, terms and conditions. The RFP shall not be transferred, reproduced or used for purposes other than the intended bidding.
5. The RFP is not offer but an invitation to receive bidder's response. No contractual obligation whatsoever shall rise from the RFP process unless and until a formal contract is signed and executed bg dulg authorized officers of the Bank and the bidders.
6. The Bank reserves the right to issue amendments or clarification to the RFP.
7. The Bank reserves the right to stop or cancel whole or part of the process at ang time without notice to supplier and the bank is in no wag liable to the supplier or ang coming across this document or participating in the process.
8. Digital copy of the RFP document will be delivered to venders via e-mails to authorized receiver.
9. A complete set of tender documents (RFP) mag be purchased bg an interested bidder from Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department located on the Head Office Building ODA Tower 5th Floor Procurement and Supply chain Department upon pigment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1,000.00 (ETB One Thousand only).
10. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is not required.
11. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before November 06, 2024 before 2:30 p.m. and must be accompanied bg a bid security amount of birr 1,000,000.00 for payment Card and 300,000 for pin mailer from recognized banks in Ethiopia.
12. Bids will be opened after the due date of submitting the required documents to the bank in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend on the day indicated above at 3:00 p.m.
13. Siinqee Bank S.C reserves the right to accept partially or reject all the bids.
