IFB Title: Request for Proposal for Procurement of Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Android SMART POS Payment Terminals

Procurement Reference Number: SB/NCB/RFP/04/2024/25

1. SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY has allocated a budget towards the cost of Procurement of Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Android SMART POS Payment Terminals, and it is intended that, part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.
2. Siinqee Bank invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply, installation and commissioning of goods listed here.  Android SMART POS Payment Terminal - To enable Siinqee bank customers to   process domestic and international card based transactions seamlessly under    Eths witch's hosted card bank acquiring capability.
3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Bank's Procurement Policy and Procedure, and are open to all eligible bidders. The bid proposals price and delivery time should be unconditional.
4. A complete set of Bidding Document (RFP) in English may be obtained by interested and eligible Bidder from the office of Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department 5th floor, Addis Ababa upon payment of non-refundable fee of Br. 1,500/One Thousand Five Hundred from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time (Monday - Friday) and from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday except on public or government holidays, if any.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount of ETB 550,000.00 (Birr Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Only) from recognized banks.
6. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in, signed and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement and Supply Management, 5th floor on or before 2:30 P.m. on November 26, 2024,
7.  Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony on November 26, 2024 at 3:00 PM at the company's meeting hall located at 7th floor.
8. Late Bids, bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for further evaluation purpose.
9. In case any unforeseen situation or Public or Government Holiday resulting in Closure of Office on the date of opening the Tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
10. The SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
