Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite eligible potential contractors for Sub-Letting construction parts (LOT 03) of Chank-Gidemi Asphalt Concrete Road Project. Therefore, interested & eligible bidders are endorsed to participate for the bid per the conditions listed here under.
- Purchase bid document with non-refundable payment of Birr 600 (six hundred birr) with the presence of valid Business License indicating the stream of business and must be registered in the public procurement Administration Agency's Suppliers List. Tax Clearance certificate TIN and Vat Registration certificate issued by the tax authority stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids.
- Renewed Certificate of registration from authorized body as (GC-3/RC-3) and above with relevant experience with valid license.
- Bidder shall furnish Bid Security in the form of CPO or unconditional and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee with an amount of ETB 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand birr) in the Name of Oromia Construction Corporation.
- Bid Proposal shall be submitted on/before Nov 19/2024 G.C at 2:00 P.M. The bid will be closed on November 19/2024 at 2:00PM and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 Ρ.Μ.
- OCC reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Partially or the entire bid.
