1. Yem Zone Finance Department, through allocated budget for the Yem Zone Toba Wereda Transport and Roads Development Office towards the construction Fitar - Gibe Road Route Alignment work hourly machinery rental service which will be disbursed according to the Ethiopian fiscal year

2. The Yem Zone Finance Department now invites wax sealed bids from eligible bidders for Excavator machine hourly rental service of projects above.
3. The project in short comprises 100 hours rental service for one project.
4. Bids security shall be valid for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening.
5. Bids must be accompanied by a security of 30,000 birr for one in the form of bank guarantee or CPO and shall be remain valid 60 days. insurance bond is not acceptable.
6. Bid must obtain registration for construction machinery rental service with valid license for the current year.

8. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by the interested bidders on the submission of copies of necessary renewed licenses with original from YEM Zone Toba wereda Finance Department, Saja Town, up on payment of non- refundable fee of birr 200.00.
9. Bids must be delivered to the Yem Zone Finance Department Saja town, on 15th calendar days after announced in The Ethiopian Herald news up to 2:00 P.M. If the 15% calendar day lies on Ethiopian holidays, the last date of bid submission will be the next working day at 2:30 P.M in the afternoon. Late bids will be rejected.
10. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at 2:30 PM on the last submission date at Yem Zone Finance Department
11. Bidder must submit a complete set of technical proposal one original and two copy together with the bid document one original and two copies for each project.
12. The Yem Zone Finance Department reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
