Re-Invitation for Open Tender

Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) now intended to Re-invite competitive bidders for the Production & Supply of Base Course & Concrete Aggregate for Chanka-Gidami Asphalt Road Project located in Kelem Wollega Zone of Oromia regional state. The competitive bidders are required to provide & install crusher machine of which detailed specification of the crusher machine will be attached within bid document.

Therefore, interested bidders are endorsed to participate for the bid per the conditions listed here under.

1. Purchase bid document with non-refundable payment of Birr 600 (six hundred) with the presence of relevant & currently renewed Trade License, relevant Tax Clearance from concerned Customs Authority and Registered on suppliers List and VAT Registration Certificate from the concerned Authority.
2. The crusher machine that will be making available by the bidder will be expected to cooperative to environmental protection issues specifically in Pollution control (dust reduction system).

3. Bid proposal shall be accompany with bid Security amounted to Birr 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional & irrevocable bank guarantee from recognized bank institutions, sealed & stamped separately.
4. Bidders can participate for both items or only one item. But, partial offer for single item will not be allowed
5. Technical & Financial proposal must be prepared in two copies (One original & One Copy) sealed & stamped separately, clearly marking each as:
   1. "Original Technical Proposal" and "Copy Technical Proposal" sealed & stamped separately
   2. "Original Financial Proposal" & "Copy Financial Proposal", sealed & stamped separately
6. Bid Proposal submission. Closing & opening date & time shall be as per prescribed in the table above. Late bids will be rejected.
7. OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
