- The SIINQEE BANK S.C invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply, installation and commissioning of Software defined Datacenter Network Fabrics.
- The RFP document is for exclusive use of bidding as per the stated specifications, terms and conditions. The RFP shall not be transferred, reproduced or used for purposes other than the intended bidding.
- The RFP is not an offer but an invitation to receive bidders' response. No contractual obligation whatsoever shall arise from the RFP process unless and until a formal contract is signed and executed by duly authorized officers of the Bank and the bidder.
- The Bank shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such information and/or interpretation.
- A complete set of Request for Proposal (RFP) is available up on payment of un refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1,500 (One Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 only) at procurement and Supply chain Management department 5th floor procurement team office.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Secarity total amount of birr 800,000.00 from recognized banks in Ethiopia.
- The digital copy of the RFP document(s) will be delivered to vendors via e-mail to the authorized receiver.
