1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders to participate on the bid for the procurement of "Supply and Installation of UPS for Data center and Rack mountable UPS for Districts".

Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents: -

1. Valid & Renewed Trade License
2. TIN Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Tax clearance certificate
5. Supplier Registration Certificate
6. Competency Certificate

2. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding document starting from October 21, 2024, upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500 (Birr Five Hundred only) to Customer Transaction Service office, Tower II, Ground Floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate Tower III, 1floor.
3. Bidders must furnish bid security of Birr 250,000.00 for Datacenter UPS for DBE head office & Birr 200,000.00 for Rack Mountable 2KVA (2000VA) UPS for DBE Branches in the form of CPO or Un-conditional Bank Guarantee from recognized bank.
4.  Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before November 12,2024 at 10:00 A.M. or (4; 00 Local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower III, 1st floor.
5. Bids shall be opened in the above-mentioned address, on November 12, 2024 at 10:05 A.M or (4:05) Local Time in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

7. Bidders should present Original & Copy of their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.
8. The language of the tender is English.
9. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
