SRS DOJ now Invites qualified bidders from eligible and interested consultant to undertake through NCB for Procurement of the following consultant service: A survey research on correlates of victimization in relation to rape victims In Somali Regional State, procurement reference number S0J/IP/C/001/10/9/2024

1. The tender will be remaining floating for 30 days starting from the date advertised on the Ethiopia herald and Justice bureau Invites sealed consultant from eligible consultant bidders for the procurement of a survey research on correlates of victimization In relation to rape victims In Somali Regional State accordingly to the above description to be completed within 60 calendars days and bill will be conducted in according with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the federal government of Ethiopia and Is open to all eligible bidders who are Vat registered at the same renewed license. For 2017 EFY.
2. A complete set of biding document (TOR) prepared In English language may be purchased by interested consultants on submission of a written application to the bidders below and upon payment of none refundable fee of birr 500 (five hundred only ) of payment will be in cash During working hours (8:30am-100am) and 2:30pm- 5:30pm and should submit Separate technical and financial proposal enclosed in wax sealed envelope clearly marked the project title and must be delivered to the address below on 30 days' online calendars for procurement A survey research on correlates of victimization In relation to rape victims in Somali Regional State according above description.

3. All bidders must be companied by a bid security of 20,000 (twenty thousand) for all lost in the form of certified check (CPO) issued by a recognized bank.
4.  The bid opening ceremony will take place at justice bureau, procurement department office, room No 2. Late bides will be rejected, information and bid security of bidders will be opened in the presence of bidder/legal representative who choose to attend at the adders above on the final bid submission date and time for lost as stated above.
5. Justice bureau office reserves the right to accept or reject all or part bid and bidders may obtain further information and documents may be inspected from The Address Below During Office hours, 8:30 A.m-12: 00A.M And 2:30 Pm :30 Pm from Monday to Thursday and on Friday from 2:30 Am-11:00 AM and 2:00Pm-5:30pm
