Oromia Forest and Wildlife Enterprise (OFWE) invites all interested and eligible bidders for Designing, manufacturing, and Supply of Front-end Log Graber with Forklift or simply a crane to be mounted/fitted on its Deuth Tractors (130-150HP models) for the purpose of loading forest logs on tractors or other trucks.

Accordingly:

1. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested bidders from the date of this announcement in The Ethiopian Herald up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 300.00 (three Hundred) during. Working hours from our Head Office, 4th floor. Office No.406. located around Kabana OiLibiya

2. Bidders should submit currently renewed trade license for 2017 EFY, VAT & Tax Registration certificate, and supplier list registration certificate
3. All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting birr 30,000.00 (thirty thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee issued by a recognized domestic bank in Addis Ababa.
4. All bidders must provide technical & supporting documents and as well as financial proposal document in its original & copy, and bid security in a separate wax sealed envelope for each document duly marking the envelop as 'original' and 'copy'.
5. Bidders should submit their offer to OFWE's Head Office on/or before November 7,2024 10:00AM local time and the bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date at 10:30AM
6. It is impossible for any bidder to quote bid price depending on price offered by any other bidder.
7. Late bid shall not be accepted and return unopened.
8. OFWE reserves the right to reject or accept the bids partially or fully.
