- Interested eligible bidders may obtained further information and inspect the bid document at local time 2:30 up to 6:30 & in the afternoon 7:30PM-11:00 from Monday to Friday at the address given below.
- The bidding document prepared in English & Afan Oromo may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below & upon payment of nonrefundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred).
- Bidders documentary requirements include category of renewed trade license Tax clearance & Vat registration & Certificate of compliance.
- Bids will be public ally opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below from the date of announcement of this notice on The Ethiopian Herald on the 16th day at 4:00 O'clock in the morning & will be closed on the same date at 4:30 AM.
- All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee amount of ETB 300,000.00 (Three hundred thousand) in the name of Oromia Irrigation & Pastoralist Development Bureau (OIPDB)
- The Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
