1. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ‏‏‏‏‏‎‎‎‏‏‎‎‎‏‎ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond Bank Guarantee) በአካል የግዥ እና ፋይናንስ መምሪያ ቢሮ ድረስ ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ዋናውን የጨረታ‏‏‏‏‏‎‎‎‏‏‎‎‎‏‎ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ጨረታ‏‏‏‏‏‎‎‎‏‏‎‎‎‏‎ው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ቀደም ብሎ ማምጣት አለባችሁ እንዲሁም ዋስትናውን ስካን በማድረግ በEGP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ‏‏‏‏‏‎‎‎‏‏‎‎‎‏‎ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
2. በጨረታ‏‏‏‏‏‎‎‎‏‏‎‎‎‏‎ው አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት ያሸነፈበትን Procurement of Stationary items እስከ ገዥው መጋዘን ድረስ የማምጣት ግዴታ አለበት(ሳሪስ ቡና ቦርድ በሚገኘው ንብረት አስተዳደር ጠቅላላ አገልግሎት መምሪያ መጋዘን)
