INVITATION TO BID NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)

Procurement Reference Number AB-37/2023/24.

1. Awash Bank invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the items 

listed hereunder.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other relevant laws of the country, and is open to all eligible bidders.
3. . A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from the Procurement Division of Awash Bank located at HQ Building 12th floor upon producing receipt of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (five hundred) by for each LOT depositing in Account Number 01540000544500 at any Awash Bank Branch or through AWASH BIRR during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.; 1:00 p.m. 4:30 p.m.; and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) starting from June 10, 2024, upon presentation of a copy of a renewed trade license, certificate of registration, tax clearance certification, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Registration Certificate for local bidders.

4. The bids must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of Birr 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand) only in the form of Unconditional &Irrevocable Bank Guarantee for each LOT from other Banks or Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O) from any local Bank.

5. Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before June 25,2024 at 10:00 AM for both lot at the above mentioned address.  

6. Technical bid opening shall be held at the office of Procurement and

Supplies Management Directorate at HQ Building 12th floor in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who, wish to attendon June 25,2024 at 10:30 AM and10:45 AM respectively.

7. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the

office of Procurement Division Tel. 0115-57-11-07/00-84.

8. Failure to comply any of the above conditions shall entail automatic rejection.

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or fully.
